Buildings are accounting for a big part of accommodations and workplaces, which leaves a question mark on manual management. Public spots like swimming pools, conference rooms, tennis courts… are usually on high demand and not always available. Therefore, supporting apps are necessary, especially those allowing the administrators of the residential and association properties to control every aspect of their business including vacancy, rent, and maintenance cycle.
Moreover, it is easier to automate rent collection and receive online payments through the app's tenant portal. Therefore, supporting apps are preferred as they allow users to book public spots like tennis courts or swimming pools, send requests or track activities. These tools also play a role as a social network which allows communication between users.
Reserv is developed in Java enterprise to provide better performance and security. We use Amazon Simple Storage Service to go serverless and store files so that the app is able to handle an enormous amount of data. In order to prevent unexpected bugs, we also apply Bitrise to build the app continuously.
Users can get notifications and updates about rental status, maintenance cycle from administrators through their phones. We use Native app for Reserv so that it is available for both iOS and Android users. This management app also delivers fintech services as it supports online payment for rental fee, maintenance fee or even parking fee. It can replace parking cards by allowing people to scan their digital codes at the parking lot gate.
Many managers have laid their trust on our app and put them in use in 5 buildings. The estimated number of users goes up to 1,000.
